Privacy & Confidentiality
All sessions with The Next Peak Coaching are private and confidential. All notes and or recordings are stored digitally within password protected cloud storage and on secure hard drives. Your confidence and privacy are paramount not only to this profession but to our business for both ethical and legal reasons.
Please note - there are instances where we may need to break that confidence and you need to be both aware and acknowledge these scenarios. Possible instances include but are not limited to:

The possibility of harm to yourself or to others

We are required by Law as Mandatory Reporters (These include being under Subpoena, or where Child Abuse, Assault, Criminal Activity may or have occurred)

For purposes of referral to another therapist (with permission)

Complete Payment of The 8 Week Breakthrough Program is due on the day of booking (Paid In Full).

Complete Payment of The Platinum, Gold, and Silver MAC Program are due on the day of booking (Paid In Full) (Special rates/incentives may apply).

Any Free Session Inclusions are applied to the Final Session of each relevant discounted Package/Program Deal at the time of purchase.

If payment is not received within this time, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled.

Less than 24h notice of a session cancellation, or no show will result in the forfeit of the session and incur the full fee.
